Pull-throughs with a farm view

The farm difference

Most campgrounds have sites. We have a farm.

Your rig is parked steps from a real working farm. Wander to the barn for the morning feeding, let the kids meet the goats, and watch the Highland cattle drift across the pasture at golden hour — it's the part guests remember long after the hookups.

Yes. All 28 sites offer both 30 and 50 amp service.

Our pull-through sites accommodate rigs up to 70 feet. Back-in sites are best suited for small to mid-size rigs — contact us with your rig specs if you're unsure and we'll match you to the right site.

We don't have a standalone dump station, but you won't need one — every site (except one) includes a full sewer connection directly at your site.

Yes — the entire campground welcomes leashed pets. We ask that pets stay leashed at all times and are kept away from the farm animal areas to keep everyone comfortable. We have farm animals on property, so if your pet is reactive around livestock, please keep that in mind.

Buddy sites are paired pull-throughs that share a common open space between them. Each site has its own fire ring, picnic table, and full hookups — your space is yours. They're ideal for two families traveling together and work perfectly well for solo campers.

Completely self-serve and stress-free. The day before your arrival you'll receive an email with your site map and step-by-step arrival instructions. Pull straight to your site — no office stop required. Questions? Call or text and a real person will pick up.

Yes. Complimentary Starlink WiFi is available for all guests, and cell service is strong on property — you're covered either way.

Yes — every site has its own fire ring. Firewood bundles and fire starters are available for purchase at our on-site farmstand.

Sites start at $45/night for a weekday stay on a standard site, up to $65/night for a weekend stay on a premium site. Rates vary by site type and season — book direct for our best rate guarantee.

Yes. Our pull-through sites look out over the pasture — you may wake up to Highland cattle grazing across the fence. It's one of the things guests mention most.

From verified stays · Google & Hipcamp

This was a hidden gem of an RV park. The sites are level and roomy — we have a 36ft Class C with a toad and had plenty of room as a pull-through. You feel at home as soon as you pull in.

T. Yeager · Google Review

Laid back and go-with-the-flow. The animals are very well taken care of and so fun to feed — we enjoyed our free fresh eggs for breakfast. Super clean bathrooms and shower house.

Adam Lefevre · Google Review

Outside Inn has moved to #1 on my favorite campground list. The digital check-in materials were clear and helpful, the site was very clean, and I can't say enough about the genuine hospitality.
