Come spend a heartwarming day at the farm with Bux and Batman—two sweet lambs rescued and lovingly raised here at Outside Inn! 🐑🐑 This special event is perfect for animal lovers of all ages, offering a hands-on experience where you’ll get to bottle-feed both Bux and Batman and enjoy plenty of cuddle time.
You’ll also hear the touching story of how these two found their way to the farm and became part of our animal family.
Whether you’re looking to relax or create lasting memories with your loved ones, this event is the perfect way to experience the peaceful charm of farm life in a fun and interactive way.

Welcome to Homeschool Farm Days! 🌿🐓
Join us for a fun and educational morning designed especially for homeschooling families! This hands-on event lets children experience farm life up close. Kids will enjoy petting and snuggling with our friendly animals, learning fascinating facts about their care, and exploring the beauty of the farm in a natural outdoor setting.
They’ll also have time to connect with nature, make new friends, and create lasting memories surrounded by the great outdoors. It’s the perfect way to combine education with a love for animals and adventure.

Adventure & nature discovery
Guests participate in a farm-themed scavenger hunt, searching for hidden items, animal tracks, and nature clues around the property. Afterward, families enjoy a bring-your-own picnic in a scenic spot.
Special Activity:
Nature Collage – Kids collect leaves, flowers, and other natural materials to create a farm-inspired collage.

Splash & Play Water Day
Beat the summer heat with water fun
A casual, family-friendly water play day featuring sprinklers, kiddie pools, water balloon toss games. Guests can bring their own squirt guns for a friendly water battle.
Special Activity:
DIY Floating Boats – Kids create mini sailboats using sponges, popsicle sticks, and paper sails. They can decorate their sails with markers and stickers, then race their boats in kiddie pools or tubs of water.

Dog Days of Summer
Celebrating pets & summer fun
Yappy Hour & Doggie Splash Party – A dog-friendly event with baby pools, treats, and a 'best trick' contest.
Special Activity:
Decorate a Bandana for Your Pet – Kids design bandanas for their dogs with fabric markers.

Welcoming fall & farm harvest
Pumpkin Patch Picnic – A mini pumpkin patch setup with hay bales, cider, and a bring-your-own picnic gathering.

Pumpkin Painting – Kids paint small pumpkins to take home.

Halloween & fall camping
Spooky Movie & Glow Hike – A Halloween movie under the stars followed by a glowstick-lit night hike.
Special Activity:
Make Your Own Glow-in-the-Dark Lantern – Kids decorate mason jars with glow-in-the-dark paint.

Chili Cook-Off & Campfire Stories
Fall flavors & cozy evenings
Chili & Cornbread Cook-Off – Guests compete for the best chili, with a communal campfire session after.
Special Activity:
Leaf Print Art – Kids use real leaves and paint to create leaf prints on paper.

Christmas at the Farm
Exploring the night sky & festive fun
Set up telescopes for guests to view constellations with blankets and hot cocoa. Enjoy a hot cocoa bar and a farm animal 'reindeer' meet & greet.
Special Activity:
Pinecone Christmas Trees – Kids paint pinecones green, add mini pom-poms as ornaments, and place them in small clay pots.
